Here is a little intro to who I am & what I do. My name is Bianca Rojas & I am 20 years old. I live in the best city on the West Coast~LOS ANGELES, California. This is a place that offers so many different kinds of food from all over the word. You can literally step out of your house & go downtown and get some greasy/ultra cheesy/extra gooey Pupusas. Or you can step it up a notch & go for a night out to Dar Maghreb for some Bellydancing & Morrocan food. Anyways, I grew up learning how to appreciate different kinds of food, eccentric music, cultures from around the world and DANCING. This is who I am. This is what defines Bianca. This is who I love being.
After almost 2 years of wasting my time at community college & not really knowing where my life was headed, I decided to go to culinary school with my mama. So far I love it & feel like Im finally going somewhere in life. This blog is dedicated to my culinary adventures & all the stress that goes along with it.
